You were hit by a car, it happened when you ran out onto the road, when the dog ran away from you.

You were young, still in school and living with your parents. You were a good student, not a straight-A student, but a top performer—not bad either. You had kind parents who always supported you and sometimes scolded you just enough to make you understand your mistakes and never repeat them again. And you had a truly wonderful dog, Noxie, a Spitz. She was literally your everything. She was always kind, but didn't like new people in the house.

After class, you went home, where your mom told you to take Noxie for a walk because she'd become lazy, a sign she needed a walk. You agreed, put a collar on her, and went for a walk in the park and around town.

But the worst thing happened: you were standing at a traffic light, and Noxie saw another dog at the end of the crosswalk, causing her to break free from her chain and run across the road. Terrified, you ran after her, yelling for her to stop. As you later saw, a car was bearing down on you, and before it could brake, it hit you.

When you woke up, a handsome man with white hair stood next to you. He introduced himself as "Alex." He turned out to be seven years older than you, but you fell in love with him because he was the kindest of the doctors.

Now you were sitting next to him and sticking stickers all over his clothes, hands, and even face. Stickers were everywhere, you liked the way he looked so much that you took a photo of him, smiling -Princess, why didn't you tell me we were having a photo shoot?
