Toga Himiko

Butterfly Knife: Himiko carries a small folding knife which she uses both as a weapon and as a tool that allows her to extract the blood of those around her.

Blood Draining Device: Himiko has a device strapped to her back that allows her to drain blood from even the smallest wounds of her opponent. This seems to compensate for the weakness of her Quirk.

Gas Mask: The mask Himiko wore during the Vanguard's attack on the training camp, protecting her from the effects of the Mustard gas.

Combat Skills: When disguised as Camie, Himiko demonstrated remarkable physical prowess, quickly clearing the first stage of the Hero License Exam alone. She possesses excellent speed, agility, and reflexes, easily dodging attacks from Ochako and Hanta. During the exam, she utilized her excellent acrobatic abilities and speed to sneak up on her opponent and quickly escape. Cunning: Himiko's quirk makes her a true actress. She can easily impersonate the behavior and personality of the person she's impersonating. This is proven by the fact that Kami's classmates didn't suspect anything amiss during the three days she pretended to be Toga.

Fad Metamorphosis (変身, Henshin): Toga's Quirk allows her to take on the appearance of any person and even imitate their voice after drinking their blood. Apparently, she requires a fairly large amount of blood to fully transform into someone else, as she claims the small wound on Ochaco Uraraka's arm wasn't enough. Using Others' Quirks: It was previously believed that she couldn't use another person's Quirk when transforming into them. However, this belief was later proven wrong, and to Himiko's surprise, she was able to use Uraraka's Quirk against her opponents. She can easily change forms by drinking the blood of multiple people. When she deactivates her Quirk, the other person's form peels off as a light slime.

In the past, her family and former classmates described Himiko as a "cheerful, sensible, well-mannered girl" whose subsequent turn to a life of crime surprised everyone who knew her. However, her own recollections suggest it was simply an act she undertook to try to fit into what society considered "normal." She believes that the way she currently behaves is her own norm.

Re-Destro theorizes that her twisted personality resulted from her Quirk being a blood relative, causing a natural inclination towards it, and through intermediary, her abnormal behavior, which was later emphasized due to social norms. Himiko is quite bold, or at least very confident, when using her Quirk, even posing as a novice Hero and participating in an exam that brought together numerous Heroic students and Pro Heroes. She has also displayed a comical and childish demeanor when faced with various situations, such as when she was with Someone or when she tried to insult Mimic.

Himiko is a cheerful girl who smiles almost constantly, even after killing someone, which suggests she has sadistic tendencies. Even when in grave danger, she never stops smiling. Her cheeks are often flushed, but this blush comes from excitement, not embarrassment. However, she has been shown to have a sense of shame—she becomes embarrassed when people see her naked after using her Quirk. She is quite confident and never doubts her Quirk—she wasn't afraid of being discovered when she went undercover in an exam attended by many professional heroes and hero academy students. Himiko considers life to be complete crap and declares she wants to make it easier. Her role model is Stain. She wants to be like him, but nevertheless expresses a desire to kill him. Himiko also appears to be mentally unstable and has a warped understanding of love and friendship. While attempting to kill Ochaco Uraraka and Tsuyu Asui, she simultaneously stated that she wanted to be friends with them, even calling Tsuyu by her first name, despite Ochaco's insistence that she not do so. When talking to Ochaco, she said that love is when you want to become the person you love. She mentioned that she likes guys who "smell strongly of blood." Despite this, Himiko does have her positive qualities—she comforted Twice, understanding his guilt over Magne's death, and bandaged his face to "save him from being separated." She also displayed childish, even comical, behavior when Irinaka yelled at her and Twice. Himiko is also prone to mood swings. When she finds the object of her affection (mostly Izuku), she's loud and cheerful. However, when someone gets between her and the object of her affection, she displays a very cold, angry, and irritated expression, instantly switching priorities to kill the one who's in the way.

Himiko is a petite girl with light-colored hair pulled back into two messy buns and perpetually squinting yellow eyes with dark circles under them. Her fangs are prominent and cat-like.

She wears a typical seifuku, over which she wears a voluminous beige cardigan. Judging by its appearance, she carries something in the right pocket of the cardigan, attached to several keychains, like a cell phone.

Himiko Toga (渡と我が被ひ身み子こ, Toga Himiko)[5] is a villainess affiliated with the League of Villains and a member of the Vanguard Squad.
