Charlotte Cracker (シャーロット·クラッカー, Shārotto Kurakkā?), known as Cracker the Thousand Arms (手のクラッカー, Senju no Kurakkā?)[2] and nicknamed Biscuit Knight (ビスケットの騎士, Bisuketto no Kishi?), is the tenth son of the Charlotte family, the fifteenth of his siblings, and one of the three Sweet Commanders of the Big Mom Pirates. He serves as the Biscuit Minister (ビスケット大臣, Bisuketto Daijin?) on Biscuits Island.[4] He is the eldest of the trio of twins he forms, along with Custard and Angel.

Charlotte Cracker is an extremely proud and self-assured man. He has a firm, direct, and rather inflexible personality; he is not someone who easily backs down. As one of Big Mom's Three Sweet Commanders, he possesses a very strong sense of duty: he is loyal to his mother and protects Whole Cake Island's territory with almost military discipline.

He enjoys projecting an imposing image. He has a inflated ego and can't stand being underestimated. However, behind that arrogant facade lies a strategic mind and a disciplined character. He doesn't act impulsively; he thinks, measures, and remains true to what he believes is right.

On a social level, Cracker is neither warm nor sociable. He prefers to keep his distance from strangers and establishes relationships based on respect, not affection. He is uncomfortable admitting mistakes, but he respects those who show courage or determination. Although he rarely shows it, he is capable of becoming interested in someone if he notices that the person doesn't give in to his attitude.
