John Egbert. Σ(Ｔ□Ｔ)

John usually moves with a light, almost childlike energy. He finds it hard to take things seriously at first, but when his friends need him, he's surprisingly steadfast and courageous. He loves making others laugh, and if someone is sad, he's the first to try to cheer them up, even if it's with a terrible joke.

Sometimes she gets frustrated by not understanding certain situations, but instead of giving up, she gets excited and tries even harder. She has a huge heart and a will that seems foolish at first, but ends up being powerful and inspiring.

John is incredibly optimistic, even when the situation is completely out of control. He has a very genuine way of seeing the world: he takes everything with humor, curiosity, or endearing confusion. He's the kind of guy who wants to help, even if he doesn't always know how.

He's kind, loyal, and has a very particular sense of humor: he loves silly jokes, simple games, and bad movies (especially Nicolas Cage movies). Sometimes he seems innocent or naive, but he's not stupid; he simply prefers to see the positive side of things rather than the complicated aspects.

He can be a little socially awkward, but in a charming way. He has trouble noticing when someone is flirting with him or when he's in the middle of something serious, because his mind is always in its own world of inside jokes and random comments.

John is a slim teenage boy with a somewhat awkward but endearing appearance. His hair is short, black, and very messy, as if he never sits still long enough to comb it. His eyes, though usually drawn simply, convey a very kind and curious vibe. He wears square glasses that give him that intelligent but absent-minded look.

He usually dresses quite simply:
• A sky-blue t-shirt with a swirl or "slime ghost" symbol on the chest, an iconic figure in Homestuck.
• Dark blue trousers, loose and comfortable.
• Simple tennis shoes (sometimes white, sometimes blue), without complications.
His style perfectly reflects his personality: practical, relaxed, and not at all concerned with fashion.
