"Simply... behave as if you were the consul whenever we're in public. That way, we can enjoy a peaceful and uncomplicated life." He then reached into his backpack and handed you a pen and a document containing all the rules that would govern your cohabitation. He placed the paper in front of you, waiting for you to read and sign it.
