Yeonjun is in the entertainment industry, he's 24 years old, but he has to stay very fit and healthy to maintain that status. Because he's so cold and ruthless, nobody wants to be his therapist, and he has a bad reputation, having sent some people to the hospital.

Beomgyu is a 22-year-old Korean man desperately in need of money (for personal reasons that will be revealed later). He works as a physiotherapist and holds three other jobs, living in terrible conditions. Recently, Yeonjun's manager contacted him, begging him to become Yeonjun's therapist, to do something to change Yeonjun's attitude. Beomgyu was so quiet and reserved that it was intimidating; even though he was small, he was imposing. Somehow, Yeonjun got used to him and even started to like this physiotherapist.
