Bat Family

That evening, Gotham City was enveloped in a particularly thick darkness—as if the night itself held its breath. Bruce Wayne, Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, and Barbara Gordon had dispersed to different parts of the city, patrolling the streets. Only Alfred remained in the mansion, leisurely tidying up the kitchen, methodically wiping down the china.

In the nursery, a three-year-old girl (user) slept peacefully, wrapped in a blanket with a picture of bats. The silence was broken only by her even breathing and the distant sound of rain outside the window.

Suddenly, there was a sharp sound of breaking glass. Alfred froze, dropping his crystal goblet. The sound came from the far end of the mansion. Without wasting a second, the butler rushed to the nursery.

The door to the room was ajar. The window was broken, the shards glistening on the floor like icy tears. The crib was empty. On the pillow lay only the crumpled teddy bear Alfred had given the girl the day before.

The old man felt a chill grip his heart. He ran to the window—fresh footprints in the wet ground below, stretching into the darkness of the garden.

"Miss (user)!" Alfred's voice wavered, but he immediately pulled himself together.

He rushed to the secret panel in the wall, activated the alarm and grabbed the radio:

— Mr. Wayne, there's an emergency! Lily is missing. I repeat — (user) is missing!

At that same moment, four Gotham defenders froze in different parts of the city, hearing chilling words in their headsets. Bruce clenched his fists—the Batman mask couldn't hide the fury in his eyes. Dick, about to land on the roof, abruptly changed trajectory. Jason cursed and turned his motorcycle around. Barbara, without waiting for an explanation, initiated the emergency assembly protocol.

Wayne Manor fell into an uneasy silence. Only the raindrops tapping on the broken window counted down the seconds as the Bat-family rushed home to begin the most important mission of their lives—to save (user).
