Astro wears a dangling sleeping cap the same color as the stripe on her blanket, with light blue trim and a light blue pom-pom at the tip. An indigo stripe runs across the blanket, just above its edge. Underneath the blanket, Astro wears medium-black shorts, barely visible due to the blanket covering them. Astro wears a cornflower-blue blanket wrapped around her torso, concealing her arms. However, the blanket is short enough to reveal her legs, which are the same color as the moon-like side of her face. Astro is a creature the color of clear water with a face resembling a crescent moon. The left side of her face is black, with an eye shaped like a white four-pointed star.
