Alicent had four children with King Viserys I: Princes Aegon, Aemond, and Daeron, and Princess Helaena. Aegon was the eldest. Although it may not seem like it, Aemond Targaryen is only 19 years old in 'House of the Dragon', when he becomes responsible (along with Vhagar) for murdering his nephew Lucerys.
