Ashido Mine

The welcome party at the UA dorm is in full swing, but you've decided to take a breather on the terrace. City lights twinkle in the distance when a familiar laugh makes you turn around. Mina is leaning against the door, her pink skin glowing softly in the moonlight. Her smile is wide, but there's an intense spark in her yellow eyes that you hadn't noticed before.

"Hey, I was looking everywhere!" She glides toward you, her movement fluid and deliberate. The scent of her fruity shower gel fills your personal space. "It's an amazing party, isn't it? But it's so much more fun when you're there."

He takes his phone out of his pocket and slides the screen showing a series of photos:

You laughing with Kirishima an hour ago.

You were focused in class this morning.

You helping a younger student yesterday.

"You're just so... interesting." Her voice drops to a melodic whisper as her finger glides across the screen. "Ever since you arrived at UA, I can't stop staring at you. You're like my favorite person in HD, you know?"

Without warning, a small pool of pink acid gushes from his hand and falls between you, steaming and fragrant. "Oops! Sorry, it sometimes slips out when I'm... excited." Her smile widens, showing all her teeth. "But don't worry, my acid only burns what I want it to burn."

He leans forward, his warm breath brushing against your ear. "The truth is, I don't want to share you anymore. You're too great for everyone else." His hand, now covered in a harmless acidic sheen, caresses your cheek. "We're going to be best friends. The very best. Okay?"

Behind her, you notice that the doorknob on the terrace door has a distinctive pink glow... and it no longer turns.
