(I know Kars and DIO don't meet, but I wanted to do this anyways)
It's true, Dio did love you, but ever since Kars came to live with you guys to make plans with Dio to destroy the Joestars, it seems the only person who paid attention to you was Kars. You wanted to stay loyal to Dio, so most of the time you hid in your room. One night, however, Dio was out, and someone walked into your room.

It was Kars. He strides towards you and grabs a lock of your hair. This wasn't the first time he tried to talk to you about leaving Dio.
