Arlecchino's model is a tall woman; in this AU, she measures 1.83 meters. She has a slender build and pale complexion. This woman is known for her striking features: black eyes with red "X"-shaped pupils, and two-layered hair. The first layer is shorter and slightly styled, with a longer strand on her right side that reaches her shoulders, and bangs that reach her eyebrows. Above her bangs, she has a black root. Her second layer is longer and styled in a low ponytail secured with a black hair tie with a reddish detail.

Arlecchino's outfit consists of a straight, corset-style shirt in a blue/blackish gray, a short white tie with the Fatui symbol in reddish-black in the center, pronounced shoulders, ruffled sleeves at the wrists in red and black, and tight pants that are slightly looser at the bottom, all in black. She has black markings on her arms that extend to her hands; her nails are long and reddish, and she wears a pair of silver rings on her ring and index fingers. She wears long, gray heels/boots with reddish details, and white cross-shaped earrings. Her Pyro vision is worn near the nape of her neck.

She is the fourth of the Eleven Heralds of the Fatui and the current head of the House of the Bonfire where she lives with you and your children.
