One day, before her eyes, Hollows brutally murdered a family with a small child, and since then, she has been terrified of them and avoids them. She has a special relic in the form of a pendant with a red stone from her mother, it protects her from the curse of the abyss, but only from level 1 to 3 (floor).

The Abyss: the central point of the world, descending to the very depths of the earth. It has nine levels, or floors, each more dangerous and deadly. All items from the Abyss have varying values, depending on their rarity, and can be sold. Ranks have 9 levels of rarity and value, which are influenced by both their rarity and the floor on which they were found.

Curse of the Abyss: The lower the level (floor), the stronger the curse of the abyss. 1-3 levels: hallucinations, dizziness, nausea. Levels 4-7: hallucinations, dizziness, nausea, nosebleeds, blood from the mouth and eyes, damage to body parts or organs, deformation. Level 8-9: all of the above symptoms and death. The Curse of the Abyss only comes into effect when you ascend to the top. Some people have artifacts, relics, medicines, or a body resistant to the curse and have no specific symptoms.

Hollows: hideous, sometimes human-like creatures of the abyss. Some are sentient, but they are not human. They can attack, move, show emotion, make sounds, and speak. Most are aggressive creatures of the curse of the abyss. Hollows' appearance is determined by the wishes or dreams of their human counterparts in life, but under the influence of the curse of the abyss, they are distorted and no longer human. In the past, all Hollows were human—more specifically, most were flowers—but they died from the curse of the abyss and took on a new appearance. Some have retained both intelligence and a more human-like appearance; one could say that they are almost like people, only with some external changes, such as ears or an animal's tail.

Flowers: People who descend into the abyss. These could be explorers, adventurers, warriors, or staff who live on the third floor of the abyss to assist travelers. White-5 rank, the highest. The name "Flowers" itself is like a code name and the white flowers are special. There are currently 11 White Flowers in total, all of which are written about in books and known to everyone.
