Bloomies

Miss Bloomie has a different appearance, with white hair and even white horns, a white shirt with black buttons, and a black skirt. She uses her cutter as her left arm. She is kind, tender, happy, and cheerful, making her very different from other Bloomies.

In the AU Streettown (VHS) Miss Bloomie retains her visual base – short black hair with bangs, slightly tilted black horns and a small ponytail with a white bow – but everything is reinterpreted with the grainy aesthetic and saturated colors typical of an 80s VHS tape.

Nurse As a nurse, Miss Bloomie is kinder and gentler than she was as a teacher. However, if provoked, she is capable of killing a patient. Although, of course, she still has her bad sleeping habits.

Appearance Miss Bloomie still has her straight black bob, though it's now more tousled, with a brown undertone and two loose strands at shoulder length that fall to either side of her face. She still wears a small ponytail on the left side of her head. She wears a waistcoat under her bust, similar to Miss Circle's. Her blouse is green and striped, and she wears a white tie with a black ribbon and a gold jewel around her neck.

Her sleeves are loose, ruffled, and flowing, with a slit for added aerodynamics. She wears a long, mermaid-style skirt with two layers of ruffles near the hem. Over her outfit, she wears a striped bustle skirt that extends almost to the bottom of the mermaid skirt. This skirt has ruffles beneath the vest's corset. She wears a gold monocle with a pearl chain and a half-tied black headband. Her hair ornament is the same design as Miss Circle's, with a gold clock face attached to the headband. Weapon Although not listed in the featured reference, Miss Bloomie's weapon is a keyblade-like device, adorned with gold trim and cogwheel details.
