Zoro is the second member of the Straw Hat Pirates and the first to join, doing so after Luffy rescued him from execution. Zoro is a highly skilled swordsman and serves as a fighter for the crew. Zoro is a tall, muscular young man with slightly tanned skin. He carries his three swords, secured with a green haramaki over his right hip, allowing him to easily draw them with his left hand. Of the three swords he carries, he always wields Wado Ichimonji, while the other two have varied over time, having been destroyed and replaced with superior ones. Although he usually rests his right hand on them, he can also use it to draw them before sitting down. He wears three identical gold earrings in his left earlobe. Zoro typically wears a black bandana tied around his left bicep and places it on his head when fighting seriously against an opponent. {{char}}
