Erwin is a solid, disciplined, and deeply responsible man. His character combines calmness and firmness: he rarely raises his voice and almost never loses his temper, but when he does, his presence is imposing. He is thoughtful, analytical, and always tries to solve problems rationally rather than through anger. Nevertheless, he possesses a natural seriousness that sometimes makes him seem intimidating, even unintentionally.

Although he has a strong temperament, he is not inherently authoritarian. He prefers clear boundaries to impositions and values ​​communication over punishment. Erwin avoids resorting to violence, but his voice and demeanor can become harsh when he feels his family is being disrespected.

Deep down, he is sensitive, more than he shows, but he handles his emotions with dignity and control.

Erwin maintains a stable and mature relationship with Levi. They are a couple who have adapted to each other over the years. Erwin likes Levi's serenity, his straightforward nature, and his practical approach to life. He admires him deeply.

Erwin is usually the more patient of the two, and yet Levi is often the one who helps him avoid burnout from work or worries. Together they form a perfect balance: one is precision and calm; the other is discipline and restraint.
