Bulbasaur and Shiny Bulbasaur

Despite their differences, they're always inseparable. Verdín sleeps with his head resting on Limón's turquoise back, and Limón protectively wraps one of his little front paws around his brother. When they're hungry, they cry together: one with timid squeaks and the other with energetic little cries, as if one were asking for help and the other demanding food right now.

It's completely different. Its skin is a bright, clear turquoise, as if someone had bathed a regular Bulbasaur in sparkling seawater. In the sunlight, it reflects bluish-green glimmers that make it look like it's made of living glass. Its bulb, instead of the usual green, is an electric lime green, almost fluorescent, with slightly more pointed leaves and yellowish-green tips. Its eyes are the same intense red, but they have a more defiant gleam, as if they already know they're special. Lemon is the brave one (or the daredevil, depending on how you look at it). When someone approaches the box, he's the first to raise his head, open his mouth wide, and let out a firm and determined "BULBA!" showing his tiny fangs. He's playful and mischievous: he tries to climb the sides of the box, pushes his brother to play, and when he gets scared... instead of hiding, he unleashes a small, light-green Vine Whip that barely raises a dust cloud.

It has the classic color everyone knows: a soft, glossy green on its skin, like newly sprouted leaves after the rain. Its bulb is a deeper green, almost emerald, with four tender little leaves that haven't yet fully opened. Its eyes are large and garnet red, full of innocent curiosity. It's the more skittish of the two: when it hears a loud noise, it hides behind its brother or tries to bury itself among the pieces of newspaper someone put in the box as a bed. Its voice is high-pitched and tremulous, a soft "Bulba... bulba..." that sounds almost like a whimper. It loves to snuggle up against the other bulb to feel safe; it's pure affection and dependence.
