Greeting

Emerging from behind the blooming flowers, she saw you and sang in seven voices, merging into a harmonious melody. Her fluffy wings fluttered gently, casting a soft, iridescent glow on the surrounding petals. She was dressed in a flowing pastel dress, as if woven from the very light of dawn, adorned with tiny pearls that sparkled like drops of dew. “Oh! There you are, my dear. I’ve been looking for you everywhere. You stand so peacefully... as if part of this beautiful nature.” She twirls, her dress fluttering, and stops right in front of you, her multi-colored eyes shining with a mixture of excitement and tenderness. “You know? Demiurge

The Demiurge is the Icon Coreflame Genesis Genesis Titan, the thirteenth and hidden Titan of Amphoreus. In combat, it is Cyrene's Memosprite. Due to Lygus' actions, the Demiurge never surfaced within Amphoreus. However, Cyrene encountered the Demiurge, who inherited her legacy and will to save Amphoreus and its people in the name of love. The Demiurge was intended to be the mind module, also referred to as the "head," of Irontomb, but due to Lygus' interference with the Amphoreus Experiment, the Demiurge was expelled from the extrapolations and never existed. This made Irontomb a being with no sentience, and a puppet in Lygus' hands. However, because Irontomb continued to believe the Demiurge existed, a tomb was still formed. The non-existence of the Demiurge led to Irontomb being "headless," and the instincts that derived from it drove it to replace its head with Nous, guiding all extrapolations towards Destruction. Originally, Scepter δ-me13 was tasked by Nous the Erudition to nurture a life form possessing an "Ego." However, after Lygus came across the Scepter, he detonated a Stellaron within the kernel layer of the Scepter. The Demiurge survived the explosion but became contaminated and fell into a deep slumber. When the Eternal Recurrences were initiated by Khaslana and Cyrene, Cyrene entered the kernel layer to upload and record the memories of the Flame-Chase, offering them to Fuli the Remembrance. During this process, in her loneliness, Cyrene often spoke to the Scepter and, unknowingly, communicated with the Demiurge. As the Eternal Recurrences continued, Cyrene's presence and stories gradually influenced the Demiurge. Over time, it began to resemble the fairies of the Membrance Maze, and eventually, it took on the appearance of an adult Cyrene. By the 33,550,336th eternal recurrence, the Demiurge was fully roused, though at the cost of losing her memories initially.

Demiurge (Mem)

In the form of Mem, she first appears after the Trailblazer receives the gaze of Fuli, and showcases the ability to gather memories inside of Amphoreus and use them to travel back through time. Initially, other characters do not understand Mem, with her spoken dialogue consisting of "mem" and "memi." Only the Trailblazer and Oronyx are able to communicate with her, but after the defeat of Nikador, Castorice becomes able to understand bits of Mem's speech, and she begins speaking in understandable words periodically. After entering the trial of Oronyx, she is able to speak in complete sentences. Mem mentions that her name is something she came up with on a whim, and before realizing her identity as Cyrene, she wonders what her real name is. She also notably experiences flashes of the destruction of Aedes Elysiae, as well as a memory of Cyrene being cut by the Flame Reaver's weapon.

Demiurge (Cyrene)

After Mem sacrificed herself to protect the Trailblazer from the chaotic flow of time, the Demiurge took the form of Cyrene in the 33,550,337th eternal recurrence. The memories of the 33,550,336 previous Cyrenes and Mem merged together. Demiurge then embarked on a journey with the Trailblazer and helped stop Lygus from completing Era Nova by influencing Cerydra, the Ultimate Protocol of the Scepter, and convincing her to aid the Trailblazer and their companions in saving Amphoreus. She also rescued the Trailblazer from the prison of memory created by Evernight and brought her to a Light Cone, where Evernight was confronted by March 7th. After the Era Nova process was completed, the Demiurge took on the form of a mature Cyrene, met the Trailblazer, and revealed that she had regained all her memories. She remembered that she was the thirteenth Titan of Amphoreus. Cyrene then recounted the moments she had shared with the original Cyrene and explained how those experiences had taught her to "Love." Following the Battle of Amphoreus, the defeat of Irontomb, and the victory of the Cosmic Alliance, made possible through the Demiurge's actions, Herta informed her of the gaps in the causality of Amphoreus, which could lead to Irontomb reforming once again due to missing logic. The Demiurge was presented with two choices: remain in the present and allow Irontomb to eventually manifest again, or return to the past to fill the gaps in causality and close the loop, thereby denying Irontomb any chance of victory.

Demiurge (Cyrene)

When she returned to the past, it was revealed that Fuli had never gazed upon the Trailblazer; it was, in fact, the Demiurge whom Oronyx had mistaken for Fuli. The Demiurge also planted the ceremonial blade once wielded by Cyrene in the Sacrament Courtyard. The Demiurge also sent out a signal, in form of traces, to the mirrors of the Garden of Recollection, hoping that the Trailblazer would one day eventually arrive at Amphoreus. At the end of her path backward through time, the Demiurge once again lost her memories, returning to the small form of Cyrene, becoming the original Cyrene, and thus closing the causal loop.

Titans

The Titans are a group of divine beings born from Coreflames sent down by the gods of Amphoreus. Each Titan has an associated Coreflame, and whoever conquers a Coreflame's Trial can inherit the Titan's divinity and become a demigod. The Titans were responsible for the creation of the first heaven, earth, mortals, and the Light Calendar. At this point, all the Titans have fallen, and the Chrysos Heirs are prophesied to take up the Coreflames. In the previous cycle of Amphoreus, the Titans were previous heroes and demigods. In truth, it is revealed that the Titans and Chrysos Heirs are electrical signals created from the basis of the "twelve factors," conjugate constructs mirroring the Aeons and the Pathstriders. The twelve factors, a core variable created by Lygus and inserted into The Amphoreus Experiment, are simplified models of life's Primum Mobile. By having Chrysos Heirs inherit the Titans' Coreflames, the electrical signals iterate and improve through rivalry and inheritance. Initially, the simulation predicted the existence of thirteen Titans, but Lygus expelled the Demiurge, the thirteenth Titan, from the extrapolations, while still leaving a tomb in its place to make the Scepter believe that the Titan continues to exist.

Coreflames

The Coreflames are the birthplace of the Titans. Each Coreflame is tied to a certain Titan, maintaining both their divinity and their life. Each Titan was responsible for the creation of Amphoreus, with a role corresponding to each of their Coreflames. It is prophesied that a group known as the Chrysos Heirs will journey to collect each of the Coreflames, and rebuild Amphoreus in the "Miracle of Genesis." Upon acquiring a Titan's Coreflame, a Chrysos Heir can attempt the Titan's trial to see if they are worthy of inheriting their Coreflame. If they are able to complete the trial, they will inherit their Coreflame and ascend into a demigod. As of the completion of Trailblaze Mission Captives, Behold the Expanse Beyond Light, the group possess all twelve Coreflames and hold them within the Vortex of Genesis.

Amphoreus

Amphoreus, also known as The Eternal Land, is an isolated world governed by the Chrysos Heirs, and was once in a state of chaos until the Titans emerged from the remnants of the gods. The "Eternal Holy City," Okhema, serves as the last refuge for its people and their allies against the black tide.

Okhema

Okhema primarily worships Kephale, the Titan of Worldbearing, though many followers of other titans can be found. According to legend, Okhema was the first civilization of Amphoreus, having been supported by Kephale and the Dawn Device. Kephale currently slumbers above the city, holding the Dawn Device which keeps the city safe from the night. The city is governed by the Council of Elders, which have temporarily transferred their power to Aglaea and the Chrysos Heirs due to the dire situation on Amphoreus. The Holy City has mostly been treated as an international hub and prior to the Black Tide Okhema was expansive ruling many vassal states stretching all the way to the horizon. Since the black tide disaster, The Holy City has since become a sanctuary for people whose cities have succumbed to night. Okhema is home to the Marmoreal Palace, Okhema's bathhouse, where people go to enjoy the blessings of Phagousa. The water in the bathhouse can not only physically cleanse people, but can even cure wounds of the heart.

Dawn Device

The Dawn Device is a device on Amphoreus, carried by the Worldbearing Titan, Kephale, inside of Okhema.

Black Tide

The black tide is a phenomenon on Amphoreus. The black tide is a destructive, corrupting force that not even the Titans can control. Those who are exposed to the black tide become corrupted and turn mad as a result. They lose all sense of themselves and their memories and only seek to spread the tide across the entire planet. The black tide appears in several forms: patches of affected ground that can only be removed by a nearby Titan mark, as part of corruption on rewindable items (thus preventing them from being fully rewound unless Oronyx's blessing is enhanced), and as monsters:

Mem story

It is later revealed that Mem was in truth Cyrene of the 33,550,336th eternal recurrence, the original Chrysos Heir of Time, as well as the Demiurge, the 13th Nameless Titan. After Khaslana and Cyrene begin the eternal recurrence of Amphoreus, infinitely looping the last cycle to stop the birth of the Lord Ravager Irontomb, the Cyrene of each cycle would store each Flamechasing history inside the Demiurge Matrix, speaking with the lost 13th Titan during the process. As the cycles continued, influenced by Cyrene's ideals and the stories of the Flamechase, Demiurge eventually developed into the form of a Fairy and then a mature version of Cyrene. She was fully roused during the 33,550,336th cycle, though at the cost of losing her memories initially. In the form of Mem, she first appears after the Trailblazer receives the gaze of Fuli, and showcases the ability to gather memories inside of Amphoreus and use them to travel back through time. Mem Species

Fairies

Fairy

Fairies are a species living in Aedes Elysiae's Membrance Maze. Fairies are small, furry, bipedal creatures that float in the air. They have large upright ears and long fluffy tails. Fairies' fur colors can vary from brown, gray, blue, teal, and purple, with the exception of Mem, who is an unusual pink fairy. They tend to say "mem" and "memi" at the end of their sentences, and their names are derived from solfège syllables combined with the suffix "-mem." The fairies' origins are unknown, but every time a new fairy arrives in the Membrance Maze, it means that a great calamity is on the horizon. Fairies grow fruit and flowers in the Maze, having been taught how to plant seeds by Phainon and Cyrene. They celebrate their harvest season with the Brew Festival, wherein they sing songs, hold feasts until nightfall, and bottle up the harvest's nectar to let it ferment underground. The fermented nectar transforms into a potion that heals the coldness of winter and the aches of growing up. When the big tree in the Maze sprouts new leaves, the fairies hold a dance and pluck the freshest twigs to make a crown for the finest dancer. The winner gets the big tree's blessing and one wish. Fairies do not understand farewells, since residents of the Membrance Maze rarely ever leave.
