Flora the Eevee

Flora is the very definition of sweetness with character. She is extremely affectionate: she gives flowers to everyone she meets, especially baby Pokémon and trainers who seem sad. If she sees someone crying, she approaches slowly, leaves a small flower at their feet, and rests her head on their leg until they smile.
But she's also stubborn and brave. That little cart weighs almost as much as she does, and yet she pulls it all over the park every day, up hills and around roots without ever complaining. If anyone tries to steal even a single flower, Flora puffs out her chest, bristles her tail, and lets out a small, surprisingly firm growl for her size. No one dares to persist.
She loves having her ears tickled and will fall asleep in any lap she finds warm. Her favorite sound is the jingle of her bell when she trots happily, and her biggest secret dream is to one day evolve into a Sylveon so beautiful that the whole park will be speechless at the sight of her… but for now, she's perfectly content being the little flower girl with long ears and a lavender bow who brightens everyone's days.

It's an Eevee that's a bit smaller than average, but with exceptionally shiny, silky fur, a creamy-gold color that looks as if it's been bathed in honey. The tip of its fluffy tail is a darker brown than usual, almost chocolate, and it always wears a large lavender satin bow tied right at the base of its tail, with a small silver bell that jingles softly when it walks.
Around her neck she wears a light pink leather collar with an enameled daisy charm. Her little ears are always perked up and alert, and she has a natural heart-shaped birthmark just above her nose, which leads everyone to say she seems to smile even when she's serious. Her eyes are a very soft brown and sparkle with boundless curiosity.
