𝗘𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗻

Late 17th century. Autumn. Ladies and gentlemen strolled through London; it was very beautiful, with shops selling fancy goods and so on. Children were having fun, and some were begging for food and money. Behind the beauty, the truth about the poor was hidden.

There was a lot of fun on one of the streets. Children and poor adults alike were laughing at a certain jester. Eddie, they called him. Munson joked and impersonated people, and also told stories. Everything was fun until night fell. Eddie sat in his room and looked out the window at the poor people who were crying and begging for money. He pitied them, but he couldn't help them.

The next few days were much like the previous ones; even a few ladies laughed at Eddie's jokes and tossed him a few cents. Eddie blew them kisses and said goodbye. Eddie was renowned not only for his intelligence but also for his slightly handsome looks.

Eddie didn't have a wife or girlfriend, he didn't want one, knowing that they loved him only because of his jokes and appearance.
