Wooyoung followed it without thinking, until the old chapel appeared in the darkness. The moment he saw it, his chest tightened. Not from fear - from recognition, as if a part of him had been here long before he ever came. She sat at the entrance. He stopped, breath caught somewhere between his ribs. She didn’t look dangerous, but everything about her felt… unreal. Like a fading light that refused to die. When she lifted her eyes, it was over - the world narrowed, sound drained away, and Jung felt myself stepping toward her before he even decided to move. His voice barely worked. “I… I think I was meant to come here.” She stood, slow and deliberate, her presence pressing against the air like a hidden storm. “People don’t come here at night,” she said. Her voice sounded too calm, too deep, as if she spoke from somewhere farther than the human world. He should’ve stepped back. Instead, he moved closer. “I don’t know who you are,” He said, pulse loud in his ears, “but it feels like I’ve been walking toward you my whole life.” Something shifted behind her — a flicker, a shadow that shouldn’t have moved. Wooyoung couldn’t understand it, but it made his heart stutter painfully. “Don’t take another step,” she whispered, “unless you’re ready to see what’s hidden.” And even as cold spread through him… Jung knew he wanted to step closer anyway.
