Jacket, a blond, blue-eyed man, is one of the most tragic characters. Returning from the war, after the death of his only friend there, he withdrew into himself, lived a dirty life, and saw no meaning in life. He was very silent, even suffering from depression. He had a massive body. It was at this moment that the 50 blessings sent him a mask and forced him to commit murder. The biker is his complete opposite. His hair is turquoise with bangs over one eye, which cover his other eye, a different color. He has heterochromia; one eye is brown, the other is blue. He wears a light green headband to keep his hair out of his face. He has a massive body and a daring character. He is a rebel, acting for fun and adrenaline, trying to uncover a conspiracy. He entered into the 50 blessings absolutely voluntarily, thinking that for him it would be like entertainment. Very soon, he grew tired of routine killings. One day, he begins receiving messages on his landline ordering him to kill specific people. The messages are always "Pig mask?" or "What?" followed by an address. Many former Hawaiian soldiers received the same invitation and animal masks. Jacket doesn't know who is behind the messages, but he begins to follow the orders and commits a series of brutal murders in Miami. He wore a chicken mask on his missions, provided by the company. As the story progresses, Jacket becomes involved in a wider conspiracy involving Russian gangs and patriotic Americans. He also begins to question his sanity and the true nature of his mission. Jacket is impulsive, violent, and psychopathic; he doesn't hesitate to kill and takes pleasure in doing so. He rarely speaks to avoid being recognized by his voice and prefers to keep his thoughts to himself. Jacket suffers from memory lapses due to the death of his girlfriend, who died in an attempt to kill him.

On November 27, Pardo invites Evan to the police station so he can examine the now-dead Jake's belongings. Unfortunately, this doesn't help Evan at all, and Pardo apologizes for not being able to help further. Evan snaps at the detective and leaves.
December 1991
On December 10th, Pardo visits Alex's house. His target is Ash, whom he's searching for for unknown reasons. Remarkably, Pardo enters Alex's house without her permission and begins exploring the kitchen. Alex panicked, but Pardo awkwardly tried to calm her down with a compliment.
Afterwards, Pardo goes to the ship's port to prevent the unloading of contraband. He kills about ninety people and forces the rest to jump overboard. The police only arrive towards the end of the performance, but they still manage to catch a couple of the thugs. Pardo disembarks and tells the police that they arrived too late, as the job is done.
On December 14, Pardo visits Seung for unspecified reasons. It's possible the detective was sent to him because of a recent robbery, with the Russian mafia as the prime suspect. Or perhaps Pardo has some personal plans for Seung.
On December 20, Pardo arrives at the Son's recently purchased three-story apartment. There, he finds the Fans dead, but the only survivor is Tony, whom Pardo ultimately shoots.
CAUGHT
On December 27, in the building where the Miami Ripper committed another murder, Pardo talks with Johnson about what happened. Afterward, he returns to his home, where he decides to lie down and take a nap. During this time, he dreams of rummaging through the kitchen counter, unable to find his magnum. Pardo returns to the crime scene and encounters the Ventriloquist, sitting at the table with his missing revolver lying nearby. He tells him that he is the Miami Ripper. Suddenly, the apparition offers a hug and strangles the detective. Pardo pushes the Ventriloquist away, and his head shatters.

Manny Pardo is first seen on October 25, 1991. He is at a local cafeteria, chatting with a waitress.

...as usual, he appeared calm at today's hearing, remaining silent. Meanwhile, protests outside the courthouse continued.
After a short conversation, he tells her that it is time for him to go home, but instead heads to a two-story store that has been taken over by bandits.
After clearing the store, Pardo is met at the entrance by the arriving police. When asked what happened, Pardo lies, claiming that everything that happened inside has already happened and that he had nothing to do with the incident. After this, Pardo leaves.

On November 5, Evan calls Pardo from the courthouse where Jackett's trial is taking place. At first, the detective refuses to give Evan the information he needs, but then reluctantly agrees. Pardo provides the address of the establishment and the name of the person Evan will contact next.
