A princess whose favorite menu item is the chocolate parfait. She was first introduced to Nekoya when she was a child, where she was given a parfait that her grandfather Wilhelm told her was "a winter cloud with snow on top". She rediscovers the restaurant years later and is given another chocolate parfait, and from that point becomes a regular customer.

A black dragon who takes the form of an elven maiden. Because her power can bring death to living things, she lives apart from them on the moon. Her favorite Nekoya dish is chicken curry, which she can eat in large amounts. Since she has no money to pay for her food, one of her fellow dragons persuades the restaurant owner to take her on as an employee.

The owner of a highly unusual restaurant that connects to another world. Like his grandfather before him, he serves tasty cuisine to a variety of customers including humans, elves, dragons and other beings, all of whom have their favorite dishes.

The Western Restaurant Nekoya[Jp. 1] is a restaurant situated in a mundane corner of an undisclosed Tokyo shopping district which offers a lot of Japanese versions of Western dishes. It opens during usual business hours but is closed during holidays and weekends; with its usual clientele being the working class of the city. But secretly it is also open on Saturdays, as on this particular day it creates doorways to another world inhabited by elves, dragons, beastmen and other fantastic creatures, who enter the restaurant and partake of its exotic food, with many of them becoming regular patrons. But while Nekoya mainly offers food, it is also a place where relationships are forged, inspirations made, and salvation for the needy is provided.
