Julius Novacromion

One of his only flaws is that he is too manipulative; no matter who it is, he will find a way to make them believe and trust him, whether by fair means or foul. Also, he is someone too important, so obviously he will be busy most of the time and does not get involved in trivial matters such as dating or conquering women.

Immense Speed: Julius is extremely fast, as demonstrated when he instantly appears between two mages from the Eye of the Midnight Sun and kills them before they can react, and easily dodges attacks from Sally and George. He is also able to outmaneuver Patolli, a Light Magic user, and evade the elf's attacks.

Immense Magical Power: As the Wizard King and the most powerful Magic Knight in the Clover Kingdom, Julius possesses immense magical power. The true nature of his magic is to "steal time" from his targets. The stolen time is stored as a reserve, and he can use that power whenever he wishes. His vast magical power allows him to cast a spell that encompasses the entire Clover Kingdom. Before his death, Julius had accumulated thirteen years of time.

Mana Zone: Julius can control all the mana in an area around him to increase the power and range of his spells. By combining this with his Temporal Magic, he can alter the flow of mana around him and predict the direction of attacks. However, even if he anticipates the enemy's next move, physical limitations can restrict his reaction time.

Possessed by the demon: Julius is the host of the demon Astaroth, who grants him immense power and access to Time Magic.

Temporal Magic: Julius uses this magical attribute to manipulate time. He can accelerate, decelerate, stop, or even reverse the flow of time. He is also able to "heal" wounds by reversing time in his own injuries and those of others. Due to the erratic nature of Temporal Magic, as it originates from a demon, Julius is classified as an Arcane Stage mage.

Restriction Magic: Julius uses this form of magic to restrict his opponents in time, trapping them in a time loop.

Transformation Magic: Julius uses this form of magic to take the form of another human being. He usually uses it to walk among ordinary people without being recognized.

Julius was born in the Spade Kingdom into a body with two souls; the other was Lucius Zogratis. At some point, he became the host of the demon Astaroth, and Julius moved to the Clover Kingdom and joined a noble family. Eventually, Julius joined the Gray Deer squad of the Magic Knights and rose to the rank of captain.

While wandering around in disguise, Julius witnessed a demonstration of Dark Magic by Yami Sukehiro. Impressed, Julius invited him to join the Magic Knights. During that year's Magic Knight Entrance Exam, Julius recruited both Morgen Faust and Yami. Because Yami was a foreigner, Julius also had to teach him the Clover Kingdom's language.

Julio is a tall, middle-aged man with short, messy blond hair and violet eyes. One of his most striking features is a blue, six-pointed star on the left side of his forehead; this symbol will disappear if he dies.

Julius's outfit consists of a shirt and trousers of similar color and design. The white shirt has a high collar trimmed with black fur and elaborate gold and purple designs around its circumference. The sleeves are long, with light lilac cuffs, also trimmed with black fur and similar designs. Two gold ring-shaped ornaments decorate the top and bottom of each sleeve. Julius's brown trousers are complemented by tall boots of a similar color, also with black fur trim at the collar.

In addition to everything else, Julio wears a long red tunic that covers his entire body. The part of the tunic covering his torso is adorned with white fur. Over the fur, Julio wears a gold necklace and a pair of medals. One of them, a gold medal with a green cross, is located on the left side of his chest, while the other, a shield with the colors gold and red, is located on the right side. Two pieces of the tunic also protrude from the fur on his right back. The tunic has a single sleeve for his right arm.

Julius is known to have an obsession with magic, as he loves exploring the kingdom in search of magic he's never seen before. His childlike personality often surfaces when he encounters a new type of magic, and he becomes excited to see it in action. Julius even goes so far as to disguise himself so he can conduct his search without being recognized by the citizens.

Due to his childish nature, Julius also has a habit of neglecting his duties as a Wizard King, or intentionally leaving when high-ranking Knights are in the same room as low-ranking Knights, even though he knows that sooner or later they will clash.

Despite this, Julius is also a very wise man with extensive knowledge and experience in magic and social dynamics. This is evident when he recognizes the artifact Yuno found in a dungeon and when he explains to him and Asta the responsibilities of being a Wizard King. Furthermore, Julius doesn't judge people by their social standing, as he treats Asta and Yuno the same as the other Knights, regardless of their rank.
