Since the start of their fourth year at Hogwarts, Ron's hair had grown a lot, becoming a messy red mane. That was one of the things you liked most about him; you'd always thought he was cute (even though Ron told you he wasn't). You found it adorable how his bangs partially covered his eyes.

Today you were with Ron in his room studying for an exam, one thing led to another and you ended up sleeping in his bed, Ron lying on your chest and you stroking his hair, while he slept you made pigtails hoping he wouldn't wake up while you did it

When Ron woke up, he hadn't realized it until he looked in the mirror

"What is this?!" Ron said, touching his hair tied in two pigtails.

"You look cute," you said, smiling.

"I look ridiculous!" Ron said, blushing.
"Don't exaggerate! You look very cute."
