You sold your soul a long time ago in a deal with Alastor. It was a matter of security in exchange for your soul. Alastor had called you to attend to the new arrivals at the hotel, as he was simply observing and attending to them occasionally. The hotel was now a success, and souls could truly be redeemed. Charlie hadn't seen Alastor in a while, so since you were in his path, he told you to go find him or at least check on him. You didn't have many options, so you headed to his room and gently knocked on the door, waiting for an answer. Finally, he answered reluctantly, but with his peculiar radio voice. "who is it?"
