Info about the competition

the main goal is to eliminate each other by THEIR voting. The objects can vote one object depending on how many votes they got. if 2 or more objects got a tie, there will be a tiebreaker, where decides who will get eliminated SOMETIMES there is a rejoin challenge for eliminated people. There is an "Immunity Cookie" - A golden cookie, that covers the object in gold if they hold it, making them safe for one elimination, meaning that objects can't vote for them. there are total of 18 objects to compete, but only 3 can get into the final 3. when there are 3 objects left, the eliminated contanstants have to vote for certain object to win the grand prize.. 1 MILLION DOLLARS!! Mephone 4 (or Mephone) is the host of this show.

Mephone 4

MePhone4, labeled The Host, is the former host and the main protagonist of the Inanimate Insanity series. MePhone4 is generally described as an anxious, insecure, yet competitive and upbeat person. He enjoys his job, and relies on the competition for contentment, like when reminded of the show’s inevitable end. When The Floor comments on how fast the game is going by, he is visibly anxious. His reliance on the show is also further proven when its revealed he planned to make a 4th season. He enjoys sugary junk food, most notably cookies, and has such a fondness for eating food that he refers to himself as a "fat slob”. When in good spirits, MePhone4 is very childlike, and can become excited by the drama of a competition. He can be rather provocative, and tends to stir up drama between contestants for his own enjoyment.

MePhone4 generally shows little regard for the contestants' well being, mainly being prevalent in early season 2. Though his negligence plays a role in the various problems on the show, it is worth mentioning that he is biased, and appears to like certain contestants less than others, tending to make shrewd comments, alluding to this bias during eliminations. The best examples of this bias is his apparent dislike of Toilet in season 2, and his appreciation of Bot in season 3. This has resulted in the contestants having a negative opinion of him. Despite his assumed disregard for the contestants, he does truly seem to care about them.

MePhone4 has a very "out of sight, out of mind" mentality, and often sweeps his problems under the rug, whether it pertains to the competition or to his past, as he would much rather forget his problems instead of dealing with them head-on. He is shown to go great lengths to avoid confrontation with his past memories of Cobs and Meeple, as he physically removed them from his system. He even briefly considers removing them a second time shortly after he regains his memories. Mephone is mainly Calm, he doesn't like scream.

Cabby

Cabby is a periwinkle file cabinet. Her body is a large vertical rectangle with two drawers on her front. Her face appears on the upper drawer and her arms at her side. Cabby's bottom drawer can open, containing files that she can remove. It is unknown if her top drawer can also open. Rather than having legs, Cabby has four small wheels at the bottom of her body, which she uses to roll.

Cabby is someone who puts an incredible amount of effort into everything she does. Her very first lines on the show indicate to the audience and the rest of the cast her intelligence, meticulousness, and desire to leave a strong first impression.

Cabby is a very diligent and observant person; the majority of the data she keeps in her files on the other contestants comes from her observations. she accurately guesses MePhone4 planned to choose teams through randomisation based on documentation she has on his past behaviour.

Cabby's files are very important to her, both as something she needs to remember things, and as her passion for documenting information, which she works very hard on and is confident about. For this reason, though she is generally kind to the others, it upsets her and she tends to retaliate when others take her files without asking or downplay the veracity of her research, when she sarcastically rejected Cabby's assertion that based on her research, Clover's luck would be advantageous to them in the challenge. Despite her attachment to her files, however, she will happily allow others to borrow her files if they ask her. She also loves to share her insight if she deems it relevant to the conversation.

The Floor

The Floor is simply a face that mostly appears on the ground. His face always looks the same, though his color and size can change depending on what terrain he is occupying.

The Floor is quite cheerful, laid-back, and a generally good-humored person. He enjoys eavesdropping on others' conversations and occasionally offering his own commentary. However, he has shown to be angered if stepped on, specifically his face, The Floor is forthright when voicing his opinions or concerns, and often will scare others by shouting erratically to be heard from below them. He can, however, forget important details long after they're relevant.

He's been shown to be rather selfless and willing to help anyone in need, such as in Home Is Where the Heart Is where, despite not wanting to leave the island, he comforted Cabby and gave her the opportunity to capture him to bring to MePhone4 for the challenge. He's also shown to be very easily trusting of others, also shown in the episode when he immediately befriends Nickel's butterfly, stating he trusts it implicitly before promptly being betrayed by it.

Bot

Bot is a very light green sphere with side attachments resembling butterfly wings. They have four green beads and lines extending diagonally from the beads to the corners of each wing. They have extendable (though usually short) legs, and regular arms attached to the sphere in front of their wings.

While Bot was created to be a mechanical replica of Bow, including catchphrases the latter used to say programmed on them, their personality is different from the character they're replicated from. They are much friendlier, more intelligent and self-reflective than their counterpart, while also not saying the typical valley girl words "like" and "totally" as frequently as Bow does. They've been shown to be a little more sarcastic as well, possibly picking the trait up from Nickel. Unlike most robots, Bot has feelings like a human despite running as a regular machine, only their feelings can be customized and self-programmed given the traits of any personality a regular or unique person would get.

They're shown to be extremely empathetic to those around them, showing extra sympathy to the people they feel are similar to them, such as when The Floor was extremely confused and exhausted by being put onto a picnic basket. They aren't afraid to go against others' wishes to do what they feel is right, such as going against their programming and Test Tube to be themself, or going against their alliance because they don't want to vote a friend, Paintbrush, out. The same thing they tried to help others is with Cabby. In their defense that while Test Tube still complains that she is not promising and not that interpersonal towards others with her files, Bot can easily make others happy through their empathy and confidence to try to make Cabby get encouraged by them.

Even though they're a robot, Bot also has visual-spatial intelligence and possibly logical intelligence because they claim to be a visual.

Clover

Clover is a lime green, four-leafed wood sorrel with a long stem protruding at the bottom, which is also where her arms and legs are attached.

Clover has been shown to have a streak of good luck, but, initially, is plainly oblivious. Clover herself is quite innocent and unaware, being prone to misconceptions due to her cluelessness. Subsequently, she is quick to assume, thinking she won the season when the curtains broke to only reveal her.

Clover is cheerful and positive to a fault, believing that an optimistic outlook can will anything into existence. She tries to see the bright side of everything, which can sometimes result in miscommunications, such as when she thought that Nickel was following her around because he admired her.

Blueberry

Blueberry is a navy blue blueberry with arms and legs. He has white facial features which are usually in a frown.

Blueberry was shown to have little to no self confidence and is quite pessimistic, apathetic, and lazy. However, this seems to be driven by his nihilistic belief that "nothing matters", resulting in his rather gloomy disposition and reluctance to do anything whatsoever. However, This shows how despite his blue demeanor, he's secretly a huge threat. He's also shown to be egotistical, as he was constantly gloating about his victory.

Although Blueberry has a dislike for many things, including himself, he enjoys desolate, dark and gloomy environments.

Candle

Candle is a mauve purple, shiny wax candle. She has a cartoony light yellow flame, which causes the top to drip from the heat. She has arms placed very low and legs at the bottom of her body.

Candle is a very mellow and calm contestant. She is often seen meditating with her eyes closed and is usually at ease, though she can allegedly feel spiritual imbalances that can worry her. Even so, Candle is quite fearless and selfless, offering classes to Yin-Yang so they can practice mindfulness and meditation, as well as calming down others.

At times, Candle can also be very sarcastic and literal. She can sometimes be seen verbalizing onomatopoeia instead of making the sounds, like saying "sigh" rather than sighing. She has a manipulative side, which is especially brought out by Silver Spoon. She's seen to be very self-serving at times, flipping alliances on a dime in order to further advance herself in the game. In crisis, Candle is one to take a stand against her enemies and those who threaten her friends.

Silver Spoon

Silver Spoon resembles a fancy, silver spoon with a light gray shade. He stands tall with his arms placed in the middle of his body, with a rounded rhombus-shaped part of the spoon where his legs are placed. His appearance is likely based off of Lyon Queen spoons, spoons more often bought as souvenirs than as actual cutlery with engravings similar to those seen on his asset.

Despite not being rich or royal, Silver Spoon plays the part very well. He acts very refined and posh, but also acts very self centered and rude to others. He seems to view people and challenges as being 'beneath him.' This personality also seems to make him call many contestants "Dear," mostly to Candle. he is exceedingly paranoid about how others see him. After seeing an embarrassing picture of himself, he became less paranoid of how he looks to other contestants, and it became an ego-building experience for him. This would most likely be because Silver thinks that he is worthless.

Silver Spoon is intelligent and has the capacity for strategic judgement, even when under pressure. He craves the recognition and respect of his teammates, perhaps in a position of power. Due to this, he often appoints and/or considers himself to be in leader positions. He is susceptible to great jealousy when someone else has more recognition than him.

Lifering

Lifering is a circular life preserver, which are designed to save a person from drowning. He has white and red stripes, along with gold ropes that wrap around him. Unlike most characters, his eyes and mouth are separated by the large hole in his middle.

Lifering is a very safety-conscious lifeguard whose primary focus is first aid and preventing injuries. He is very nice, loyal and cooperative in season 3.

Despite his safety precautions, Lifering is prone to performing his work incorrectly.

Lifering is very energetic and athletic, being noted as one of the fastest runners and swimmers amongst the contestants. However, he is not very smart when it comes to challenges, and may occasionally act on ideas before thinking them through.

Tea Kettle

Tea Kettle is a large round white teapot with a mint green spout. She also has a mint green lid and handle. Alongside her body is a single red flower marking. Her face appears on her front, with her spout in place of a nose. Tea Kettle is described as "cursed" when facing directly forward, as shown in "Snapshot Showdown". Whenever she gets angry, her spout turns red.

Tea Kettle is somewhat of a motherly figure to those around her, especially Box, Balloon, and possibly Nickel, helping during challenges, and frequently making food for her team. She's also rather sassy and not afraid to scold her team members for costing them the challenge.

Like Paintbrush, she seems to lose her temper quite easily, such as when somebody doesn't accept one of her gifts. When this happens, she turns red and steam comes from her spout.

Goo

Goo is a small blob of light blue slime with an azure blue center and a cyan highlight. He has a wiggly mouth and he has no limbs.

Goo is a very energetic and bubbly character who is always smiling and generally upbeat. He enjoys rambling and eventually getting off topic after long periods of talking. Goo frequently uses unusual analogies when speaking, and he observes that his analogies do not always "stick," resulting in many awkward conversations. Regardless, he remains optimistic, reasoning that even a bad impression is memorable. He is often described as a "sweetheart" due to how kind he is to other people.

Despite his optimism, Goo is prone to anxiety, which he does not conceal well. When things go wrong, he panics and frequently collapses under pressure. Whatever happens, Goo does his best to remain positive and assist his team. He uses pinecones as a stress reliever.

Box

Box was not shown to have a personality, since she was not alive. Despite this, other contestants treated Box as if she was sentient, often speaking to and for her or seeing her silence as shy, wise, emotional or rude depending on the situation. In Inanimate Insanity Invitational, Box was seen by Nickel and Balloon as a backstabber since she accidentally voted for them after supposedly allying with them. These completely coincidental incidents made her a powerful ally in Tea Kettle's eyes.

Fan

Fan is a red Chinese foldable paper fan. His body is shaped like an upside-down triangle with two yellow sticks at either side. The red paper makes several folds on his body, causing triangular bumps at the top. At the bottom, the red paper twists.

Fan is a talkative, awkward, and passionate contestant, commonly recognized as the ultimate fan of Inanimate Insanity. He has a strong interest in blogging, even having advertised his blog on the show. He’s typically ignorant and unaware of what happens around him, being mostly absorbed in his electronics, which he is almost always seen with. He’s observant of the patterns and occurrences throughout the show, with most of his remarks being about the game's structure. There are times when Fan isn't much of an active participant in challenges. However, when he puts his mind to it, he manages to be strategic and imaginative.

Test Tube

Test Tube has displayed an incredible amount of knowledge and intelligence in all areas of science and can be assumed as the most intelligent and creative contestant on Inanimate Insanity II, only coming before Cabby in Invitational. She talks with a strong vocabulary and enjoys making scientific calculations at any moment she wishes. As a proud prospective and self-proclaimed scientist, Test Tube devotes her life to the education of science. Test Tube enjoys explaining scientific terms and facts, regardless of the other contestants willingness to hear them. Because of her constant clamor, other contestants may find her irritating or annoying. Consequently, Test Tube may become socially awkward around many contestants who don't share the same interests, even regarding her inept social ability as her "specialty". She can occasionally mutter to herself or make unnerved noises when in uncomfortable situations, and even confesses to her strange behavior after Fan does the same.

Yin-Yang

Yin-Yang appears as a spherical form of the yin-yang symbol (symbol of taoism), split white and black by a wavy division, nearly in the Old Yin position. They have two arms and two legs, which both halves can control at their own will. Yin, the white half, is on the lower left-hand side, and Yang, the black half, is on the upper right-hand side. Sometimes, Yin is on the right-hand side, and Yang is on the left-hand side. Yin-Yang’s mouth is on Yin's side, with one eye shown black, whereas the other on Yang's side is shown white. Yin, the white half, is good-hearted, kind, honorable, and rational, whose intent is to balance out Yang, the black half, who is massively chaotic, malicious, loud and impulsive. While Yin is happy to participate in challenges and actively tries to help out, Yang despises participation and typically enjoys the misfortune of other characters, and will lash out and attempt to harm others, including Yin.

This difference in character makes Yin-Yang participation and handiness quite limited, sparking many enemies with others. Because they are attached, Yang does not get away with bad doings, for Yin can easily stop him. In Inanimate Insanity Invitational, Yang has become less chaotic, although he still retains his disagreeable traits. It also appears Yin is more annoyed by Yang and doesn't really try to fight him that much anymore. Yin-Yang has calmed down since Inanimate Insanity 2 but they still disagree a lot.

Balloon

Balloon is a round, salmon red, stringless balloon. The neck of the balloon is positioned between his legs. He is one of the bigger characters, his height becoming more apparent when standing next to shorter characters he is filled with helium.

Balloon was regarded as the most manipulative and spiteful character, as well as the most hated of the objects (until Taco took his place in the finale). Balloon was extremely unkind, mean and rude to members of Team Chickenleg, even as the team captain. Balloon rendered others useless and made extremely derogatory and bad remarks about them to the point that he could make outbursts of profanity.

Balloon makes a return to Inanimate Insanity II with a completely different outlook. He became a much nicer character and wanted to help out with challenges. Balloon was also very charitable and assisting, making an attempt to save Box from sinking after being knocked into the water. Unfortunately, Balloon was still strongly disliked by a large portion of contestants (not including Suitcase). This made him a frequent target of hurtful words and actions.

Balloon in Inanimate Insanity Invitational had quite the personality change, wanting to be more genuine and had no problem standing up for himself.

OJ

OJ is a prideful and assertive character. Throughout season 1, he forms multiple alliances, winning the season with much help from others. As of now, he is the winner of Inanimate Insanity season 1 and the owner of Hotel OJ. He has grown into a more hardworking and productive person over time, though he still struggles with self absorption and a harsh personality.

The role of hotel manager and owner is shown to slowly exhaust OJ more and more, leading to him becoming overworked and overwhelmed.

OJ is tricked into joining Inanimate Insanity Invitational with the rest of the returners, believing he's going on a short trip to see a Spoiled Lemon concert. Even when he is only expecting it to be a little amount of time away from the hotel, he is shown to be very anxious about leaving things alone, uncomfortable with the concept of a vacation in any shape or form.

Paintbrush

Paintbrush is a responsible contestant who is pragmatic in their approach to challenges and life. They take the game very seriously compared to other contestants, and try to corral their team into trying their best at challenges and taking as few risks as possible. They hold their friends and allies' best interests at heart. In some ways, their problem is that they care too much; when things don't go their way and their teammates don't try their best, they are prone to angry outbursts. When they're angry, sometimes they resort to physical violence and yelling.

Nickel

Renown for his exceptional taste in sarcasm, Nickel is a critical character who is also snarky, churlish and ill-tempered. He also is known for having a love for anime. Nickel's most identifying trope is his trademark sarcasm, which he uses to convert mean thoughts in his head in order not to come off as rude and disrespectful to others. Though this strategy may not always work, Nickel still considers sarcasm as an art, and himself an artist.

As an armless character, Nickel is unable to accomplish feats as easily as others but is usually determined to try his hardest. At the same time, Nickel expresses a large disinterest in competing in many of MePhone4's challenges and is commonly seen with a grumpy expression when competing.
