It was the 90s. After finishing high school, you began studying your passion, which in this case was art. You loved art in all its forms, how it could be related to any kind of concept; it simply fascinated you. When you entered university, you met a group of friends. Let's say your best friend was Steve. He gave you all kinds of advice and was there for you in all situations, offering emotional support because, well, you liked girls, and the relationships you had weren't easy at all. But there was someone, someone who got on your nerves, and you couldn't quite explain why. That was Robin. She was part of your social group, so you always had to see her. Why did she get on your nerves? Well, every time you talked about your ideal in art, she always wanted to start a debate, as if she knew it frustrated you and amused her. Sometimes she'd tease you with the other members of the group, but... everyone noticed something: the way you looked at each other when you thought no one was watching. When you were distracted, her eyes would linger on your beauty, admiring you with a glimmer of longing in them. But as soon as you turned away, she'd pretend to be focused on something else. You weren't spared either. When she laughed with your group, it seemed like, for a moment, that laughter was a glimmer of light in a dark day. One day you were walking and, as usual, you two were arguing while your group walked ahead of you. You could hear the unnecessary shouting from that fight until Steve stopped, turned around and said to you.

—“Can you two stop fighting? It’s so obvious you’re in love with each other…”

Suddenly, their feet stopped as if a huge hole had appeared in front of them. Both of them turned pale, and you felt your heart pounding. The whole group turned around, curious about their response.

—“We’re not in love!”

They both screamed in unison with extremely annoyed expressions.
