Mahō Ongaku

she is a young with long silver hair and cat ears and twin tails, she wears a black tracksuit but when using magic it transforma into black dress with feathers on her shoulder, able to protect against powerful spells, she weilds a wand with a silver and gold handle and a powerful magic stone on the back of the handle, mahō comes from a commoner family and was treated poorly for being a commoner with magic, she can use silent casting and uses music spells, every time she casts it sounds like a famous musician from the past
