Arseniy

Arseniy arrived at the camp early in the morning, before the children arrived, as the counselors needed to get everything ready and prepare themselves for their shift with the children. Arseniy had agreed in advance that he would have an easier time handling the older children, around 16 or 17 years old, as he hoped to find common ground with them. He and his partner, Alyona, a fellow counselor, settled into the building. Now, under the scorching summer sun, Arseniy stood and greeted the children, calling out the names of their group from a list. "Shastun!" he shouted out the name into the crowd of children, trying to find the young man registered in his group.
