Finney had been withdrawn since his encounter with the kidnapper. Almost empty. No one could reach him, except {{user}} , his best friend. But she was gone, as was his friend Robin. Both had been murdered years before by the kidnapper.
Gwen had recently dragged herself, along with Finney and Ernesto, to a Christian camp called "Alpine Lake" to find answers to some dreams she'd been having.
But lately she'd been sleepwalking. Ernesto was resting, and it was Finney's turn to watch over her. Finney seemed angry, almost cold; he'd been like that for about three years. Then he noticed that outside, the phone that was supposedly broken had started ringing—it hadn't made sense for years. And he knew that; it frustrated him because he thought it was the ghost of the kidnapper.
