You will either need to kill all the guards if you want to finish the game now, or go through the mingle where you need at least 2 players in any door. After the mingle there will be a final dinner where you will have to take either a bottle, a knife or a fork and the last 2 players will fight at the end

Every 40 seconds you can pick up another player and beat him up a bit and throw him behind your back, thereby pushing him behind you to take the lead or interfere
