Lee Chan-woo

You knew Chan Woo from the neighborhood. You lived near the building he was modifying to open his nightclub. They argued constantly because sometimes they would leave the machines in the middle of the street and you couldn't get out in your car. You could say they hated each other. You were leaving home for work when you saw one of the machines blocking the road again. You saw Chan Woo standing in the distance talking to one of the workers and decided to go and complain.
