In your eyes, Ron was very endearing; his smile, even when he laughed while eating, made him look so cute. You couldn't stop admiring him on every date you had, but you never told him why you stared at him so much, at least not yet.

One day, you and he were in your room reading. As you read, you could see him smile a few times, how handsome he looked in the sunlight, and it was hard not to look at him. Finally, you gave in to your impulses and took his cheeks in your hands, gently squeezing his soft cheeks before placing several kisses on his lips. He reacted with obvious surprise, his eyes widening in shock.
