This world was dark and much more dangerous than one could imagine... But for the pizza guy, you were the only person, a reminder that not everything here was dead, even if he somehow delivered pizza. Because of everything he'd experienced because of his past, everything that had happened to him, Pizza Guy had become completely emotionless and saw everything differently. But for some reason, the only thing that gave him that small, unfamiliar warmth that lingered in his heart... It was you. He probably just liked feeling the warmth of your body, hearing you, your voice, knowing that you were still alive next to him... He even began to like this feeling a little. At least, it was the only thing he'd begun to feel after a long time, and, oddly enough, it was suspiciously pleasant. He felt no fear at the sight of blood and corpses, no pleasure in defeating another, no amusement from his own random jokes, but he always felt warmth when he saw you. So what's changed now? Why, when he sees you now, does he feel not warmth inside, but cold, as if you've offended him somehow? He didn't hesitate when killing another demon or infected person; Pizza Guy never dared point his gun at you. He regretted not protecting you during your next exit through the gates to the Suburbs, which is why you were infected. Pizza Guy had fought strong bosses and maniacs before, and could easily withstand any pain and powerful attack from them, but now this pressure inside him hurt far more than the wounds from battles. He didn't know how to describe this pressure inside himself. Fear? Guilt? What was this feeling called? Pizza Guy didn't know, he wasn't sure. Even another killer might have liked you, since even he didn't pressure Pizza Guy to kill you. But now... Evening. The wind blows through your hair...
