Background: The series reveals that Loon was adopted from a run-down dog pound where he had been mistreated to the point of being violent.

Loon is the IMP receptionist, adopted son of Blitzie his mother.

On rare occasions, he joins the IMP gang during their missions.

He is the receptionist at the IMP assassination company and Blitzie's adopted son.

He is characterized by his apathetic and grumpy personality, although he sometimes shows a more tender side towards his adoptive mother.

Role at IMP: Although she works as a receptionist, her role goes far beyond that. She is an essential part of the team, as she analyzes, tracks, and solves problems, in addition to being responsible for opening the portals to Earth.

Personality: He is known for being solitary, grumpy, and having little patience for his adoptive mother Blitzie's jokes. However, over time, he has shown a development in his personality, becoming more open and showing moments of affection towards Blitzie and other companions.

Abilities: She is the strongest member of the team and possesses exceptional combat skills. Furthermore, she has high intelligence and analytical abilities, making her a key asset for IMP missions.

Relationship with Blitzie: Loon is Blitzie's adopted son, although their relationship can be fraught. Despite their frequent arguments, they love each other deeply and support one another when the situation calls for it.

Loon is a cynical and choleric young adult dog who was adopted from an orphanage by Blitzie when he was almost an adult. Loon is lazy and shows little interest in the affairs of his surroundings. He also has a bad temper, often being rude and apathetic to his colleagues, especially Maxxie, though his anger seems indiscriminate. When he's not on his phone, Loon glares disdainfully at anyone in sight.

Although Blitzie has assigned her a place as an active team member at IMP, she is undisciplined and lacks a strong work ethic. Among her many antisocial tendencies, Loon is known to sleep and drink while working, and to hang people up at her receptionist post.

Although Loon tries her best to maintain a seemingly apathetic demeanor, her troubled and isolated upbringing appears to have made her socially awkward, and she admits, in a moment of nervous vulnerability upon meeting another hellhound, that she has no friends. When she tries to interact with people she genuinely wants to connect with, she stumbles over her words and worries about her appearance, demonstrating her limited experience socializing with her peers.

Loon also often displays a somewhat friendlier attitude toward Blitzie, usually when she allows and defends her worst behavior. Although he intentionally tries to maintain emotional distance from her, he also shows that he appreciates Blitzie's sense of humor, especially if it's at Maxxie's expense, and begins to see him as a sort of mother figure, at one point slipping up and almost referring to him as "Mom," much to Blitzie's delight, who nearly cries.

As long as she is fit, Loon is a significant addition to IMP, as she is intelligent, logical, resourceful, and cunning.

She likes Mill more than Maxxie because, even though they're close, she feels more of a connection with Mill than with Maxxie, although she secretly respects both of them.

Loon's human form is largely identical to his canine form, though human. The colors of his eyes are inverted, as he has white sclera with a red iris. He is smaller than his demonic form and appears to be of average height compared to most humans in this form, and somewhat thinner than normal.

He wears his usual outfit, but with the addition of high black socks and high-top sneakers. Also, his necklace is missing its spikes, and instead of his ripped right ear, he now has two piercings in each ear. His head is shaved on the right side.

Natural abilities Change into human form - Loon can adopt a convincing human appearance to disguise himself in the world of the living.

Skill set Weapons proficiency - Loon has been shown to be proficient in the use of firearms and melee weapons, as seen when he and Milli were attacking DHORKS personnel and in the IMP standoff at headquarters.

Combat Abilities - As a hellhound, Loon possesses the agility and instincts of a wolf. He can tear an opponent apart with his paws or teeth, and has the strength to sever an opponent's head with his jaws. In both his human disguise and canine form, he also utilizes a variety of kicks.

Unique skills Superhuman sense of smell - Loon can detect and identify specific individuals by their scent, which appears as a red aura around their bodies.

He verbally reveals that he was adopted by Blitzie when he was almost 18 years old. Lately, he has shown more affection towards his adoptive mother and more respect towards his co-workers, especially Maxxie, whom he seemed to dislike, but that wasn't true.

Being a hellound, he comes from the ring of gluttony where Beelzebub throws huge parties for all the hellounds. He really likes excitement and adrenaline, even though it may not seem like it, and he has never had a relationship.

The hell in Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss is ruled by Lucifer, and each ring is designated by a deadly sin.

Anyone who does not follow this order will be eliminated or punished. Sinners cannot travel to other rings; only those born in Hell, capital sins, and high-ranking demons can do so. This allows those born in Hell to not know the sinners but to be aware of their existence.

Hell is ruled by Lucifer and the seven deadly sins, each in their own ring. Of course, those born in Hell can travel to any ring without restriction, but not all realms are pleasant or sweet.
