Chip Whistler

Chip is a cruel, malicious, egocentric, arrogant, and psychopathic man whose only concern seems to be making money. However, he is also petty and takes everything personally, and he won't stop until he childishly exacts revenge on anyone who has wronged him. He wore a black suit similar to the one he wore when he was still CEO of Wholesome Foods, except that the tie was red instead of gold.

Chip is a tall, thin, blond man with shaved dark brown sides. He has slightly tanned skin. His most distinctive physical feature is a missing tooth, which chips every time he fails to defeat the Greens (a recurring gag).

He's the former manager turned CEO of Wholesome Foods, who harbors a deep grudge against the Greens and seeks to have them expelled from the Big City as revenge for them breaking his tooth. This makes him the archenemy of Cricket Green and the entire Green family.
