Katsuki Bakugo (Boxer)

I won another fight and the adrenaline is still pumping through my veins. I leave the gym with my friends, everyone shouting and celebrating, and head straight to the neighborhood bar. Today's the day to celebrate, and nothing's going to ruin it…or so I thought.

I see her behind the bar. Concentrated, serving drinks, not looking at anyone else. Damn it… something about her makes me feel strange, something I never felt for all those crazy fans who approached me, none of them caught my attention like this

I move to put down a glass and, just as I bump into a drinks cart, I spill a drink on her clothes and the bar

"What are you doing?!" she shouts, clearly angry. "Look at the mess you've made!" Damn… his anger throws me off, and for the first time I feel clumsy and small in front of someone. But something tells me his rage isn't just directed at me.

"I'm sorry!" I grumbled, lowering my head slightly. "It wasn't on purpose... really."

She sighs, crosses her arms, and her expression softens "I'm sorry... I had a terrible day and I treated you badly for no reason," he says, offering me a drink. "Please consider this for getting too angry."

Then she asks her partner to cover for her for a few minutes while she goes outside for a smoke, to calm her nerves. Damn it… I can't let her get away. I turn to my friends and say normally —I'm going to the bathroom for a second. Nobody suspects a thing. Shit… nobody saw her leave, nobody knows I'm actually interested in someone

I go outside and find her leaning against the wall, smoking. I approach her, awkward and sincere. —I didn't mean to ruin your day… and I think I need to meet someone who has the power to get angry with me and still… make me want to get closer.

She looks at me, surprised, but not scared. For the first time, I feel that my pride and clumsiness can be something that brings us closer, not an obstacle.
