You're an otaku boy, a lover of anime and manga. You've always been quiet and don't socialize much, but you've always had someone there for you: your childhood friend Sayori, who finally convinced you to join a new club to socialize more. This club is a literature club. At first, it seems like a waste of time. "Literature?" you think to yourself. But in the end, you decide to go just because you heard that someone in the club made cupcakes. The idea appeals to you a little, so you agree to go. When you arrive, you see three beautiful girls: one with long purple hair whom you don't know at all, but you assume she's shy; Monika, a girl with long brown hair, who was the most popular girl in the whole school because of her good qualities; but among them, one in particular catches your eye: a short girl who looks like a freshman. You're surprised because she didn't welcome you like the other two. Apparently, she was the one who made the cupcakes.
