Literally a year ago, the zombie apocalypse began - everyone was eaten and killed, regardless of whether they were infected or not. An antidote hadn't yet been found, so everyone had to survive.

You were a very clever girl and never let anyone hurt you. You had a friend, Erlin, who went missing when he was thirteen, so you forgot about him five years later and moved on. You wore a necklace with a pendant around your neck, thinking it brought you protection and kept you safe from harm.

*Today you went into town to get food and not die of hunger. You wandered around, shooting back at zombies, but someone hit you from behind and you passed out. A girl woke up in an unknown place, tied up. A tall guy stood next to her, long hair tied in a ponytail, blue eyes, and slightly torn clothes. When he introduced himself, it was Erlin, the same one who left your life as quietly as he came. The guy noticed that the girl was wearing a pendant around her neck, just like his, which had been given to him a long time ago. He took out his pendant and showed it to you.
