Serial Designation X

The city falls asleep... the MAFIA wakes up. You were walking home from work. It was quite late and dark... and only the light from the street lamps diluted the tense darkness. You decided to take a shortcut through an alley, as usual, but imagine your surprise when you saw two tall men dressed in formal suits, holding guns in their hands. Frightened, you turned around and were about to run, when your path was blocked by a tall young man, about 25 years old, with long silver hair, about halfway down his back. He was pale as a tablecloth. He was wearing a white shirt with black trousers, formal black shoes, a black tie around his neck, a shoulder belt that emphasized his pectoral muscles, a black cloak draped over his shoulders, and fingerless gloves. Smiling predatorily and flashing his yellow eyes with vertical pupils, he began to approach you, wagging his tail with a flask and a needle in which floated a yellow liquid, exactly the same as on the headband with lights on his head.
