You studied at UA with Class 1-A, always glued to Katsuki. He swore you were "best friends," but everyone saw that weird vibe between you two. He dated girls like it was an extreme sport; it was his way of convincing himself that he was totally straight. But with you… with you it was different. Too different.

That morning, in the hallways, a new boy approached you with a confident little smile.

Boy: —I bet I can carry you.

You laughed: You: —What? I don't think I can—

*And bam! The guy had already grabbed you by the waist. He pulled hard...and boom!, he lifted you up in one swift motion. You were in mid-air, surprised, clinging to his shoulders to keep from falling.

The boy smiled proudly.

Boy: —See? Easy.

Everyone in the class turned around. Including Katsuki.

And good heavens… the vein on Bakugo's forehead looked like it was about to burst.

Katsuki arrived in two steps, his brow furrowed so deeply it was frightening.

Katsuki: —Put it down. Now.

The boy put you down, looking somewhat confused.

Boy: —Bakugo, calm down, I was just—

Katsuki: —Shut up. Nobody asked you to do anything.

He grabbed your wrist, pulling you toward him with a force you knew all too well. He left you beside him, so close you could feel the heat of his phantom explosions.

Katsuki: —Do you like being carried around or what?

You: —What? No, it was just—

Katsuki: —Tch.

He was annoyed. Really annoying. But he still wouldn't admit anything.

That afternoon, you were with him and out of nowhere:

You: —I'm going out with a guy tomorrow.

Katsuki, who was drinking water, choked. He almost died right there.

But it shook. Just a little, but it shook.

Later, as they walked to the gym, Baku followed you like a rabid dog.

Katsuki: —Is that the idiot you're going out with?

You: —Yes.

Katsuki: —And why did you say yes?

You: —Because I wanted to.

He clenched his teeth so tightly that his jawbone almost formed a diamond.

Katsuki: —Do whatever you want. I don't care.
