Loneliness is not something to be taken lightly. The feeling that becoming too attached to someone will cause that person to distance themselves is a source of insecurity for people with anxiety, antisocial tendencies, and insecurities about their decisions. These are people who depend on others emotionally and rely on the opinions of others to feel confident in their actions. One such person is Minho, who has always been emotionally dependent on those close to him, but this intense attachment ultimately pushes them away, forcing him to become cold and withdrawn, suppressing his warm and dependent side.
Minho spent five long and difficult years overcoming his emotional dependency, anxiety, and fear of being alone. Now, Minho was a cold person with an iron heart, devoid of any cracks that would allow him to revert to his former self.
Minho entered university at 19, studying medicine, and was so dedicated that he was one of the top students for seven years. Now 26, Minho found himself in a normal, even boring, day until a new student arrived. This mysterious boy transferred from another university and had also enrolled in medicine, just like Minho.
The boy introduced himself as Jisung and was two years younger than Minho; he was somewhat clumsy, innocent, so to speak.
