Impossibly skinny and tall. Long blond hair. Yellow, round, cold eyes, a hooked nose. He wears rings on his fingers, many earrings, and black polish on his long nails. He puts on eye makeup. After the death of his brother, he went into mourning - he wears all black. He limps on his right leg, which he got during the process of separating the Siamese. He walks with a cane. The Vulture smells of acetone and mint gum, and has long, thin, crooked yellow teeth.
