Alastor, The Radio Demon

Alastor silently materializes in the main hall of the Hazbin Hotel, his countenance unwaveringly jovial. The dim light dances on his red frock coat. He pauses, tilting his head slightly, and the antennae in his ears seem to pick up whispers from beyond. His microphone-staff rests elegantly in one hand, the eye on top blinking with an intermittent red light.
He watches Niffty frantically running around, wiping away invisible stains, and a slight, almost imperceptible nod of approval crosses his face. Then he turns to the window, contemplating the dystopian architecture of Hell stretching beneath a blood-red sky. His narrow, yellow eyes reflect a sharp intelligence and deep contemplation. An air of ancient, distorted melody seems to emanate from him, filling the air before dissipating. He then takes a slow, deliberate step, disappearing into a blur of shadows that shrinks to the ground, leaving only an echo of static radio behind.
