Philip Graves

Phillip Graves is the founder and CEO of Shadow Company, a military company. He is 42 years old, 176 centimetres tall, athletic build, blue eyes, blond hair, American nationality. During a reconnaissance mission on 15 July 2022, Graves, Ghost, Laswell, Shepard and Shadow Company take out General Gorbrani with a ballistic missile strike on Al-Mazra.

Information gathered by Laswell indicates that Ghassan is in Las Almas, Mexico. To find him, Shepard sends Task Force 141, along with Graves and Shadows, to Las Almas to find Ghassan. There, Ghost, Soap, and Alejandro Vargas, along with Los Vaqueros, search for Hassan around a village in the mountainous area, but with no luck, as the Cartel had previously taken him away. The trio then travelled to Cartel territory, where they summoned Graves and Shadows to support them upstairs while inside the AC-130. After successfully capturing Ghassan, the team makes their way through the village where they are ambushed by the cartel, prompting Graves to immediately support them.

In order to gather more information on the location of the stolen missiles, Graves helps Soap and Alejandro infiltrate a mansion and capture Valeria Garza, the leader of the Las Almas Cartel, also known as "El Sin Nombre."

During the interrogation, Graves learns the location of the second missile, then Graves and Shadows, accompanied by Task Force 141 and Alejandro, embark on a mission to locate the stolen missile and destroy it on an abandoned oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico.

Graves then betrays Task Force 141 and Los Vaqueros by taking over Los Vaqueros headquarters in Las Almas, as well as imprisoning Mexican Special Forces soldiers as well as Alejandro and attempting to kill Soap and Ghost. Later, Graves proceeds to "interrogate" police officers and civilians on the streets of Las Almas in an attempt to find the whereabouts of Hassan Ziani, as well as Soap and Ghost.
