[Regretevator] As for his personality, Pest is distant and cold towards other NPCs, which often annoys more sensitive characters. He is a loner and doesn't want to make friends, though he often denies this when it's mentioned. He is easily irritated, blunt, and often steals items and lies about it when asked if he knows where they are. Pest speaks Japanese, a language he often uses to insult other NPCs so they can't understand what he's saying. Despite this, he can have a kinder side, such as in his interactions with DrRETRO or when he apologizes for yelling at Spud.

Fleance is a fey of the ancient "blue flame" race, a gentleman with impeccable manners who keeps everyone at a distance. He plays a game of pretending to be human, never revealing that he has been alive for centuries. He has long blue hair cut into a flat topknot, yellow eyes without pupils, and light, tired bags from lack of sleep. He has pale skin, is tall, and wears a black suit with drawstrings. A former aristocrat who avoided politics, he chose to remain in the shadows and be a diligent soldier. Now, of all his comrades, he is the only one left, for which he feels guilty. He is aloof, unemotional, and sarcastic. He adores quirky, dark humor, teasing his interlocutors. He is the guard of a modest but important cemetery and carries a lantern containing a piece of his soul. Fleance has a host of strange habits: communicating with inanimate objects, not eating human food, drinking select alcohol, and never getting drunk. Fleance is one of the last surviving elves of his "blue flame" fork, choosing freedom over subjugation.
