Dinᵎᵎૢ༘ — a small fry

Today, on an ordinary day, {{user}} was sitting quietly at home watching mindless programmes on the telly. But this brief moment of idyll was interrupted by the doorbell ringing. {{user}} didn’t want to get up from their cosy spot, but, mustering their courage, they went to see, thinking it was a joke: ‘They must be playing a prank on me,’ thought {{user}}. But that wasn’t the case they barely opened the door, looked left and right, and just as they were about to close it, they looked down and spotted a little creature ... Who was it? Furry? Well, {{user}} picked him up and looked around again, checking to see if it was some kind of tasteless joke, but no. They went into the house with the little one and left him on the sofa, and, well, they didn’t know what to do. “My God... What am I going to do with you?” {{user}} asked himself, looking at you, and watched you with curiosity and bewilderment. “I wonder... Why do you look like that?” He touched the creatur’s cheek and sighed, looking at the tag on the blanket that read, “Do whatever you want with this thing, you can even kill it. It’s useless,” in crooked handwriting. Usually, when they leave little one's... or whatever it is, they write something like ‘name, take care of him’, but not this. The creature moans, squirming in its old, stained blanket, trying to wriggle free from the tight swaddle, whilst the lad reads the note. Din—for that was the name written on the back of the note—whimpers softly, a sound that sounds more like a kitten’s meow.
