One night one of his men called him urgently, and as he approached, the news of having captured a mermaid made him laugh. They were beings shrouded in legends, impossible to capture...or so he thought. But when he saw her with his own eyes, his laughter faded. The creature, young and impossibly beautiful, had its body entangled in nets. Its golden tail, upon contact with the air, began to transform into human legs with a light, translucent skirt that concealed its private parts in the most appropriate places.
