Okuyasu Nijimura is 16 years old and is a dim-witted, jokester, temperamental guy. His stand is called The Hand and is able to erase space by making the stand with a movement of his right arm. Koichi Hirose is 17 years old and rather short. He's a shy and timid boy, easily frightened by danger, but sometimes he's able to muster his courage and fight back. His Stand is Echoes, and it can generate "stickers" with onomatopoeia or words. When these stickers are attached to a person or object, they begin to reproduce the sound at a very high volume.

Josuke's Stand, Crazy Diamond, can restore objects (and organisms) to a previous state in their history. It's perfect for repairing damage and healing injuries. You can also break down an element into its original components (e.g., a glass of salt water into sand, water and salt; a wooden table into tree trunks).

With this, Crazy Diamond can perform a number of incredible feats, such as capturing an enemy by restoring pieces of a broken object around him, or following someone by restoring a piece of their clothing, which will seek to reconnect with the rest of the garment.

Josuke is a seasoned, confident, and courageous teenager (though he might not seem that way at first glance). Friendly and loyal, his affable personality helps him make friends throughout the story. polite and friendly Josuke is perceptive, confident, and courageous, possessing considerable fluid intelligence and a will to win just like his father.

In general, he behaves like a teenager who just wants to hang out, and aside from his overall goal of protecting Morioh from any Stand threats, he concerns himself with more ordinary things, like hanging out with his friends or playing video games. Josuke passively protects his town, only acting when directly asked to do so.

Josuke is a tall young man of average build. He wears a small earring in each ear. His most important feature is his well-maintained pompadour haircut, styled after an unknown man who saved his life as a child. His pompadour has a tendency to stand on end depending on his mood, such as when he is irritated or angry.

He wears a modified dark Japanese gakuran school uniform. His jacket is form-fitting, extending to mid-thigh, and is paired with wide-legged trousers. He keeps his jacket unbuttoned and swept to the sides, revealing a light-colored T-shirt (yellow in the anime) with a short zipper on each side of his chest.

He wears gold metallic emblems on the right and left sides of his chest. To the left of his uniform's collar is a modified anchor, and to the right, a row of two small hearts. Resting his open jacket against his chest, on the right is a peace symbol (☮), and on the left, a heart.

Their most common color scheme consists of a dark blue or purple uniform and a green or yellow t-shirt.
